Drafted replies:

The client emailed at 11:40pm. A draft reply, with sources, is ready for you to check and send.

When a known client contact emails you, a draft reply appears in your own mailbox. It is written from the email thread, the last thirty days with that client, their latest numbers and the promises still open, with every figure linked to its source. You read it, change what you want, and send.

Drafting works with Gmail on the beta. Nothing is ever sent without you.

How a reply is drafted:

  1. 01

    A message arrives

From a known contact, or from someone the system is confident belongs to that client. Anything it is unsure about goes to a holding list for you to sort, and no draft is written.

  2. 02

    Context is gathered

The last ten messages in the thread. The last thirty days of contact with the client. The numbers for the period the client is asking about. The promises still open. How you like to write.

  3. 03

    The draft is written

It acknowledges what the client said, answers properly (the cause, the numbers, the next steps with dates), and sounds like you. It makes no promise the data cannot back. Every figure links to its source.

  4. 04

    It lands in your mailbox

As a real draft in Gmail, and in the app with the reasoning and the sources next to it. Edit it, send it, or delete it.

  5. 05

    What is never drafted

Messages from legal, accounting or compliance addresses. Messages that mention lawsuits, breaches, termination or lawyers. Those come to you as a high-priority alert instead.

What your edits teach it:

The draft and what you actually sent are both kept. A draft you rewrote by half is flagged, so the next one is better. A draft you sent unchanged counts too. Within a few months the drafts sound like you.
