How it works:
Every message filed to its client
A message goes to a client when the sender is a known contact, when their email domain has been seen for that client before, when the Slack channel belongs to that client, or when the meeting's guests are the client's people. A message that cannot be sorted waits in a holding list for you to file, and filing it teaches the system for next time.
Ask it about any client
In the app or with a Slack command: “status Acme”, “when did Wayne last mention pricing?”, “what did we promise Harbor in August?” Every answer links to the messages it came from.
Contacts and notes
The people at the client, their roles, and your notes, next to the messages. Kept simple on purpose. This is not a sales CRM.
Privacy
Only you can connect your mailbox. No administrator can connect it for you. Internal threads with nobody from outside are never stored. Disconnecting deletes the message text and keeps the timeline entries.
